Baan Hormlamduan Nursing Home Services
Care and support facility for the elderly or dependent persons who need care, for example, recuperated patients after an operation and seniors with Alzheimer as well as provide consultation service on elderly care planning on Palliative Care until End-of-Life Care. In addition, Baan Hormlamduan is planning to open Case Management training and Holistic Care training services for the elders’ relatives who wish to take care of their loved ones by themselves but have limited skills to practice it on their own.

Baan Hormlamduan is cooperating with multidisciplinary team to connect care system to new technology in the ‘New Normal’ era. We will have a day care service for the elders who do not have a caregiver during daytime in which Baan Hormlamduan aims to be a learning center on the elderly care for the elders’ relatives and general public whom have not yet entered the seniors’ span in order for everyone to be ready to be the elders in the future.

Assist Care / Partial Care
For the elders who can proceed their daily routine or need a trivial assistance, Baan Hormlamduan and multidisciplinary team have customized activity planning to each recipient to support and recover their health which consists of their physical, mental, social and spiritual factors, in both short- and long-term plans in order for them to obtain good quality of life.
High Care/ Total Care
For the elders who cannot proceed their daily routine or have high dependency, Baan Hormlamduan has customized care planning to holistically support and recover their complicated health issues in every dimension which are their physical, mental, social and spiritual factors, in both short- and long-term plans in order to prevent complications and obtain good quality of life.
